Flexicall is our own IVR system. This system runs as a service under Windows NT/2000/XP. Multiple threads ensure a robust and responsive system. Using the monitoring client (included in the package), it can be monitored and easily managed from any machine that can communicate via the appropriate TCP/IP ports.
